By accessing ParasharaHora, creating an account, saving a chart, using AI features, or purchasing a paid service, you consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
This policy is intended to support transparency under applicable Indian privacy, information technology, consumer protection, and data protection requirements. We may ask for identity, account, or order verification before acting on data requests. We aim to acknowledge grievance messages within 48 hours and work toward redressal within one month, subject to verification, user cooperation, provider response times, and applicable law.
Disclaimer: ParasharaHora uses Vedic astrology calculation methods implemented by ParasharaHora to generate charts and related astrological data for astrologers and individual users. Calculation accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information provided and the settings selected. Interpretations, AI-generated insights, and predictions are provided for general information, cultural learning, and entertainment only. They do not guarantee any result or constitute professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. Privacy choices, account settings, data requests, and consent withdrawals do not change this disclaimer or create any guarantee about astrology content, AI responses, predictions, remedies, or outcomes.
Birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, saved chart labels, and astrology questions can be personal in nature. We use these inputs to provide the requested astrology features, support saved profiles, investigate delivery issues, prevent misuse, and improve service quality. If you submit another person's information, including information relating to a child or family member, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority, consent, or lawful basis to provide it. Users should avoid submitting information they do not want processed for these purposes.
ParasharaHora may use cookies or similar technologies for sessions, preferences, security, Google Analytics, and OAuth login flows such as Google sign-in. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, though some account features may require session cookies.

ParasharaHora is not directed specifically to children. Users who enter birth details or other personal information relating to a child must have appropriate parent, guardian, or lawful authority to do so. Paid services should be purchased only by adults or by an authorized parent/guardian. We do not knowingly target advertising or profiling toward children.
