Paid services should be purchased only by users legally able to make such purchases or by an authorized parent/guardian. They do not guarantee any result or constitute professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. Users are responsible for the accuracy of account details, birth details, saved profiles, and payment information submitted to ParasharaHora. Users should keep login credentials secure and notify support@parasharhora.com if they suspect unauthorized account use, payment activity, or profile changes.
Paid features may include AI questions, premium access, cloud chart limits, detailed reports, subscriptions, credits, or other instant-access digital astrology services shown at checkout. A credit is a limited digital entitlement that can be used for the specific product type shown at purchase, such as one AI question or one detailed report. Prices, taxes, product names, entitlements, usage limits, credit quantities, expiry information if any, and billing cycles shown at checkout form part of your purchase terms. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal where supported but does not automatically cancel or shorten separately purchased credit entitlements, unless a different expiry or bundle condition was clearly shown at checkout. Features and pricing may change prospectively. Payment completion does not guarantee a particular prediction, result, or user satisfaction.
Website purchases may be processed through Razorpay or other supported payment providers. Purchases made inside mobile apps may be processed through Google Play Billing, an app store, or another permitted billing method depending on platform rules, product type, country, and availability. App-store purchases, cancellations, renewals, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and refunds may also be governed by the applicable app store terms, policies, and account controls. If app-store rules conflict with these Terms for an in-app purchase, the app-store rules may apply to that purchase to the extent required by the platform or applicable law.
For paid digital services, our records may include payment status, order ID, payment ID, credit grant, credit use, report generation, AI response generation, premium activation, access logs, and support history. A credit may be treated as consumed when the related request is submitted, generation begins, or the digital output is delivered or made available, depending on the product. If a verified system failure prevents delivery after a credit is deducted, support may restore the credit, regenerate the output, or review refund eligibility under the Refund Policy. These records help determine whether a service was delivered, activated, consumed, duplicated, failed, or affected by a verified system issue.
Free access, promotional offers, AI questions, saved-chart limits, premium features, and subscriptions may be subject to fair-use limits, technical limits, maintenance, provider availability, abuse prevention, and product changes. We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product reasons.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If a payment succeeds but access is not granted, contact support@parasharhora.com with the registered email, order ID, and payment ID so we can investigate.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, feature, purchase flow, or saved content if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, false information, payment dispute, chargeback, unlawful conduct, policy violation, technical risk, or legal exposure. We may also modify, pause, or discontinue any feature for maintenance, security, infrastructure, legal, business, or product reasons.
ParasharaHora owns or licenses the site design, product experience, written content, generated layouts, branding, and software except where third-party rights apply. Users may use outputs for personal purposes and, where relevant, as a limited professional astrology reference for their own client discussions, provided they remain responsible for their advice and do not present outputs as guaranteed, licensed professional, medical, financial, legal, psychological, or emergency guidance. Users may not copy, resell, white-label, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform as a competing service.
ParasharaHora may rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, authentication, maps/geocoding, payment gateways, app stores, AI providers, and data providers. Our calculation engine may compute chart data first, and AI or service providers may then process supplied chart facts, prompts, questions, and context to generate interpretive answers or reports. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, terms, privacy practices, payment failures, chargeback decisions, or service changes.
ParasharaHora, its content, reports, calculations, AI responses, software, and paid features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or correction of defects.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ParasharaHora and its owners, operators, team members, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, emotional, reputational, business, data, profit, opportunity, or reliance-based losses arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to ParasharaHora for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months, unless applicable law requires a different remedy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or alters consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParasharaHora and its owners, operators, team members, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your inputs or content, your decisions based on the service, your violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
For support, payment issues, refund questions, privacy requests, or formal grievances, contact the Grievance Officer / Support Contact at support@parasharhora.com. Include your registered email, order ID or payment ID where relevant, screenshots if helpful, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge grievance messages within 48 hours and work toward redressal within one month, subject to verification, user cooperation, provider response times, and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to ParasharaHora, these Terms, paid services, refunds, or user accounts.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and checkout-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and ParasharaHora for use of the service.
